Monitoring of noise levels from trucks and front
end loaders at the re-opened quarry site and assessment of compliance
with EPA guidelines. Multi-channel acoustic and video monitoring of
operations.
Jefferson Quarry, Coomera
Noise modelling of quarry operations and prediction of noise impact
for a temporary re-opening of quarry operations at the disused quarry
site. Noise sources included excavators, bull-dozers, front end loaders
and haulage trucks.
Bega Road Quarry, Kingston
Preparation of a Noise Management Plan for operations of the Bega Road
Quarry. Recommendations for noise mitigation measures and regular
noise monitoring, including response to complaints.
