An innovation for this type of sound level meter is that Boogie^® also measures the A-weighted equivalent continuous sound pressure level L_Aeq (1 second value or start/stop) in addition to the A-weighted sound pressure level and its maximum value.
With the help of an acoustic calibrator the device is calibrated fully automatically. This calibration also remains intact after switching off the device.
