Services: RPEQ Certification
Acoustic RPEQ Certification of buildings involves:
- Design certification prior to construction. Confirmation of building materials and construction details to achieve internal noise levels that comply with AS2107 using the methods of AS3671 (for road traffic noise)
- Liaison and negotiation with Queensland Department of Main Roads regarding building approval
- Inspection of building components, including measurement of window glass thickness using a laser thickness meter, ceiling insulation and air-conditioning
- Post construction RPEQ Certification that the as-constructed building contains the design certified constructions
